Anyway I haven’t done my exercise yet I better do that tonight. I don’t want to miss a day without it. I feel better when I get my exercise even just 30 minutes a day. Sometimes I don’t feel like it because my lazy butt strikes lol. But, somehow I want to keep doing it even I don’t see much result on my weight. We have to see if it works if not then, at least I got my daily exercise:)… I will be sharing some picture of our family outing in my next post.
