Fall Is Here!

Fall is here my favorite time of year! It's finally cooling down after a very hot summer. We still have hot afternoons, but we already feel the fall weather in the morning. Right now I am just loving this nice weather. Anyway, I have been super busy this past few days. I am getting use to this busy schedule though. Now I am getting use to it a little and I am pretty sure that I can handle this.

My working world is okay I love it and actually enjoying the classroom time. Today I am back to normal schedule since the testing is done, which is good. But, then again in a couple weeks or so testing time again:).. Well, the good thing is I am enjoying my new job!

New Baby

My cousin is pregnant and she is so excited! This is her second child and she is looking forward to know what is the baby's gender. Right now she is happy because she doesn't have any pregnancy cramping or morning sickness like the first one. I am so happy for her and can't wait to know if it's a boy or girl. She is hoping for a boy since she already have a girl.

I am praying for her safe pregnancy and I hope that she will give birth to a baby boy. Anyway, I miss holding babies my kids are all big now. I told hubby I want another baby, but I was just kidding. I don't want to go back on dealing with diapers again and formula it's expensive. Besides I already have a girl and a boy, so I am done.

I have seen a lot of for sale commercial and retail properties around our area. And this is the best time to invest if you have money, because the property value nowadays is so cheap. I wish I can buy one but I don't have the money to invest yet, so for now I need to keep saving. Maybe later on I will have enough money to buy one property or more.
